Falcon Metals & Supply Company has supplied full mill prime steel coil and roll-formed building components to the Southeast for over 40 years. What started with slit coil delivery has grown into a full in-house operation — slitting, roll forming, and precision bending all under one roof in Bessemer, Alabama, just outside Birmingham.
Today we supply structural studs and track, Z purlins, hat channel, furring channel, and custom bent plate to builders, roofers, and truss shops — plus engineered light gauge steel framing packages through our FRAMECAD design services.

Our flat-pack LGS home frames ship in about a week and go up in two or three days — engineered for 140 MPH wind load, with no cutting or drilling required on site. It's the same tight-tolerance manufacturing behind every stud, track, and panel we ship, just packaged for speed.
